The Bagasse Sushi Tray - sml, med,lrg is made from moulded bagasse (sugarcane fibre). Bagasse is the fibre left over once sugarcane has been pressed, so it turns a by-product into useful, tree-free packaging.
A great fit for pastries, wraps, patries, dessert and gift box.
Suitable for hot food, cold food, the microwave, the oven, the fridge and the freezer. Leak resistant. Compostable and recyclable.
